I looked over the tap selection, ordered a Timothy Taylor Landlord. One sip and I wanted to hurdle the bar and hug the barkeep. Honestly, the place was crowded, packed really, but the bartender noticed me again, saw that there was something going on with me, maybe the mistiness in my eyes. I just looked at him and spoke, piously, "this is the best beer I've ever tasted". Ellen and I stopped in a pub in London (actually many pubs in London) in October. i know, i know this is drill is good for me. i even do a modified version when i’m by myself in the gym (instead of layups, stop at the foul line and take a jumper). but i refuse to like it. and those times! maybe when i was younger the lower 30 sec range was possible, but now? a skateboard would be necessary to get to 35secs.
